Kaila’s Leavers Portraits (Photograph Perth)

Kaila is a recent graduate from Woodvale Senior High School and very much an accomplished sportswoman. She played basketball at both school, local league and state level so we couldn’t resist adding in a few balls into her photo shoot. If we photographed Kaila doing all the sports she participates in I think we would still be going. We would love to catch some of her boogie boarding action as well. With the sports uniform away Kaila transformed into the gorgeous young woman you see below. Her broad smile and easy going nature made our job photographing this leaver very easy. We managed to fit in about 5 outfit changes and each one made Kaila look fantastic. Kaila is off to study Occupational Therapy this year and we wish her every success.

Alex’s Leavers Portraits (Perth Photography)

Alex came in with her friend Teagan to offer some support and ended up having a fantastic portrait shoot herself. Both girls were into belly dancing and so we had a whole lot of shaking going on in the studio. The girls looked gorgeous in their outfits and we had such a fun time in the studio. Leavers Portraits are a new concept in Perth and Bliss Studio is proud to offer this fantastic service to school leavers (or any young adult in high school). The aim is for these students to really love having their photo taken because they are doing what they WANT to do and wearing what they WANT to wear. The results so far have been amazing. Alex is stunning in the later photos posted here with her flawless alabaster skin and stunning red hair. The 40′s inspired fashion of this winter are going to suit Alex perfectly. Alex is off to study midwifery this year and we wish her all the best.

Jason’s Leavers Portraits

Jason is a country lad living in the city. Recently graduated from Cunderdin Agricultural College the ‘countriness’ of Jason meant we headed to the outskirts of perth for some photographs with his prized ute. His trusty hat just had to play a key feature of this photo shoot. Jason was easy going and fun to work with for this photo shoot. Initial thoughts of feeling a little silly posing with his ute quickly vanished when we showed him what we could achieve. Then he kept wanting more and more!! Jason’s parents will be delighted at having these photographs and it is a great age for all young adults to have a professional portrait. Jason is doing an apprenticeship as a auto electrician and I am sure a lot of this knowledge will be spent taking care of his ute. Thanks for such a great day jason.

Teagan’s Leavers Portraits

Teagan has just completed Year Twelve and has taken the opportunity to come in for some stunning photographs to remember this important milestone. Teagan has such a warm, friendly smile and captivating eyes that is was easy to create some beautiful images for her. We asked Teagan to bring in something that showed what she was all about right now, something she has a passion for…bellydancing was quickly given as the answer and so we had lots of fun photographing her in her favourite outfit. We all got a quick lesson in hip movements and hand positioning which made for a riotously funny shoot. Teagan is going to be studying nursing this year and from our time spent with her can tell she will make a fantastic, understanding nurse. We wish you all the very best.

Yehser’s Leavers Portraits

Yehser’s passion is downhill biking and so we headed to the hills to get some fantastic action photographs. Yehser’s is another one in our new ‘leavers portrait’ category. He is currently completing year twelve and the idea of being able to capture him doing what he loves in this pivotal year is one his Mum couldn’t resist. On a rather warm day we headed to ‘Goat Farm’ in Kalamunda and realised the physical fitness required for this sport as we drudged up hills with our backs loaded with gear. Yehser was very patient as we asked him to do the same piece of track a number of times to ensure we got the shot. The photographs speak for themselves. Yehser has only been doing this sport for a short time but already he is making a name for himself on the circuit and we wish him every success in his rides this year.

Amie’s Leavers Portraits (Family Portraits Perth)

Ever thought about having a photo showing who you REALLY are? Not the cheesy school photo or the over-glammed up ball photo. Just you being you? Well Bliss Studio has developed a brand new concept in Perth called ‘Leavers Portraits’. These photographs are a chance for all of those our there aged between 14-19 to have some cool, funky photos that you’ll really love. Amie is one of our first to come in for a Leavers Portrait and decided to go for the cool, chic look. Aime was a natural in front of the camera and with her beautiful clear skin radiated confidence. Gotta love those cool sunglasses as well.

More great Leavers shoots will be posted over the next week. Parents this is a great chance to update those old family photos and have images of your children (now young adults) being who they want to be.
