Baby Bruno! (Pregnancy Photography Perth)

Baby Bruno was so named after Clara’s Dad decided all baby bumps should be called Bruno! So Baby Bruno it is. Clara came in in December with what I can only describe as the perfect baby bump! The pregnancy shoot was one of our best and the images of Clara (and Baby Bruno) are gorgeous. Pregnancy is a wonderful time to have photographs – they provide a very unique beginning to the visual memory of your new baby. Clara purchased a gorgeous portfolio box of her favourite 15 images and after a lot of discussion decided the best way to personalise the box was to have ‘Baby Bruno’ on the spine. Much to the delight of the Zorzi household a little girl was born on Christmas Day. We suggest the name should be Brunette.

Amy’s Pregnancy Photographs

Amy came in for a wonderful pregnancy photography session. I absolutely LOVE the last photo with the silky fabric flowing and that far away look in Amy’s eyes. It says to me “can’t wait to have my new baby in my arms”. Pregnancy ‘bumps’ come in all shapes and sizes and although Amy would probably disagree her baby ‘bump was very petite. We love shooting pregnancy photography at Bliss Studio as most couples come in so excited about what is just around the corner. Even when the pregnancy has been not very pleasant most pregnant woman just glow when they get in front of the camera. What makes pregnancy photos even more exciting is that we usually end up seeing these couples back in the studio not long afterwards for newborn baby photos and then all of us here can ooh and aah at the latest arrival. We wish Amy all the very best for her remaining weeks and hope to see you back when the baby bump is gone and you’re holding the result in your arms!!

Sonja, Elliot and Sienna (Perth Newborn Photography)

Sonja and Elliott came to Bliss Studio for our Blissful Life Packages which enables couple to have a series of portrait sessions including pregnancy photos, newborn photos and toddler photos. We love these sessions as we get to see couples going from having a ‘bump’ to the beautiful end result of a new little person. In Sonja and Elliot’s case we welcomed Sienna. A beautiful little girl who came in at 12 days old. We always suggest for newborn photography to come in as soon as you can after leaving hospital. Of course this will always be dependent on how both baby and Mum are doing. Newborn photographs are just so beautiful and you can see how proud Elliott is of his little girl. The way newborns are able to just hang out without a care in the world is magical. Their little toes curl up and the gorgeous little ‘lamb-like’ sounds they make just melt your heart. Having a newborn in the studio always brings out the rest of the office staff to ooh and aah. Sienna is going to be getting lots of attention from all her extended family.

We can’t wait to have Sienna back in a few months time to see how much she has changed for the third of her Blissful Life sessions. In the meantime Sienna enjoy all the comforts of being surrounded by such a loving family.

Big Beautiful Tummy!

Lisa called me a few days ago, worried that she had left it too late to have pregnancy portraits done, as she is due in two weeks. No worries, that is the best time and in fact I have had clients come in the DAY before, so plenty of time! We are going to create some newborn portraits of their brand new little baby. It’s going to be a surprise as to wether it’s a boy or girl, but I have a feeling it’s a girl.

Rebeccca & Aaron Jones Pregnancy Portraits

Rebecca and Aaron managed to get one of the last portrait sessions that we had available for 2009! They are expecting their first baby in a few months time and so this was a great opportunity to create beautiful pregnancy portraits for them. Rebecca was a very happy easy going mum-to-be, and I can just see you being an excellent Mother with a attitude like that!

Greg and Tracey’s Pregnancy Portraits

Greg and Tracey are excitedly expecting their first baby. They came into our studio a very happy and cute couple. We started with some sweet photos of them together. Then, after a wardrobe change, Tracey had some pregnancy photos. This showed of her baby bump beautifully with her blue laced top resting on her belly. We then changed the background over and took some more intimate photos of the two of them together. There are some great photos from this shoot and I can’t wait for you to see the rest of them. But for now, here are a couple of examples.

Wayne and Lisa’s Pregnancy Portraits

Not quite sure of what to expect, Wayne and Lisa came into us ready for anything. We started out with some simple couple photos where we really showed off Lisa’s Baby to be. After a few wardrobe changes and some really sweet photos together and alone with the belly Lisa and Wayne were ready for some more intimate photos. We played around with a few different styles fabrics and came out with some stunning results. Lisa and Wayne were a great couple and really easy to work with. Good luck with the newborn guys, and I hope to see you again soon.

Jake and Tracey’s Baby Bump

Tracey and Jake came into the studio up for anything. They took some beautiful couple photos as they were, then a quick wardrobe change put Tracey in some adorable pajamas. After a few shots in those they then we created some beautiful more intimate black and white photos. These two stayed happy and up for anything the whole time I was working with them, and if they keep their happy go lucky attitude they are sure to have their wedding run as smoothly as this shoot did. Caris’s Pregnancy Shoot

Caris and Jason were a beautiful couple. They came in a little unwary of what to expect, but soon warmed up in front of the camera. Starting off with some sweet photos together. After that of course some photos of Caris and the bump. Then it was time to change over our backdrop and do some more intimate photos, where we did a variety of photos. Caris kept a smile on her face even when i turned the cold fan on her. And then finished up with some beautiful close photos of this cute couple. Here are a few samples below. Kylie’s Pregnancy Shoot

A little nervous and not sure of what to expect, Kylie came into our studio with only a week to go till she was due. She took some beautiful, natural pregnancy portraits, where she showed of the great shape of her belly then moved to doing some more intimate shots with her and her soon to be third baby. There are some gorgeous pregnancy portraits here Kylie and I can’t wait to show you the rest.
